How ordering works

Pick your options and add to basket. Already have print ready artwork? Send it over after you order. No artwork? Choose Design it for me and we will create it from your logo.

We send a free proof before anything is printed. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.

Usually dispatched within 3 to 4 working days of proof approval, UK wide.

Orders will be dispatched within 7-10 working days.

Tell us what you need and send your logo. We will come back with a price and a free visual, usually within one working day.

Customise your order in 3 simple steps: select your colour, select your sizes, then press the add branding option to begin.

Standard production and delivery times are shown at checkout. We will always send a design proof for approval before production begins.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

Due to the personalised nature of our products, customised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue and your order number.
