Order Processing & Production

• As many of our items are custom or personalised, all orders are subject to a production period before shipping.

• Production times vary depending on the size and complexity of your order, but we will always provide an estimated lead time when you place your order.

• Production begins once payment has been received and, for custom items, once you have approved your proof/production sheet.

Shipping & Delivery

• Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using your chosen delivery method at checkout.

• Standard UK shipping times are typically 2–5 working days after dispatch. International orders may take longer depending on customs and carrier processes.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination, weight, and delivery service selected.

Delays & Liability

• Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Elite Thread Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

• We are not liable for delays caused by customers failing to approve proofs, provide correct delivery information, or be available to receive delivery.

Risk of Loss

• All orders are carefully checked and packaged before leaving our workshop.

• Title and risk of loss passes to you once the goods are transferred to the carrier.

• Where available, tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.
