As many of our items are custom or personalised, all orders are subject to a production period before shipping.

Production times vary depending on the size and complexity of your order, but we will always provide an estimated lead time when you place your order.

Production begins once payment has been received and, for custom items, once you have approved your proof/production sheet.
Shipping & Delivery

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using your chosen delivery method at checkout.

Standard UK shipping times are typically 2–5 working days after dispatch. International orders may take longer depending on customs and carrier processes.

Title and risk of loss passes to you once the goods are transferred to the carrier.
