What is the minimum order?
You can order from just one item. Bigger orders get better prices.
How much does embroidery cost?
From £4.95 per logo position. New logos have a one-off £15 setup, then we keep your design on file for every future order.
Will I see it before you make it?
Yes. We send a free visual within one working day, and a proof to approve before anything is stitched.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. Business customers can pay by bank transfer or invoice, as well as by card online.
Do you deliver?
Yes, UK delivery is free on orders over £99.
Can I return personalised items?
Items with your logo or name are made for you, so they cannot be returned unless there is a fault. That is why we always send a proof first. See our returns policy for the full details.
