As many of our items are custom or personalised, small variations in thread colour, positioning, or scale (±5mm) are considered acceptable within industry standards.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products purchased will meet your expectations. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Elite Thread Co. reserves the right to accept or decline your order at its discretion. An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and receive and process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. For custom and personalised items, once a proof/production sheet has been approved by you, the order cannot be cancelled.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or organisational use and not for unauthorised resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss passes to you once the product is transferred to the carrier.

We are not liable for delays caused by customers failing to approve proofs or provide accurate delivery details.
